Returns & Refunds
We strive to ship all orders received before 15 pm Greenwich Time Zone on the same day. Backorders are normally canceled if items are not available for the initial order. We have done extensive research and comparison shopping to provide our customers with the most reliable and economical shipping options. We work with DHL, GLS, and DPD. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance and C.O.D. fees.
North, South, Central and the Caribbean Shipping: There are a few options to do so depending on the size of your order. We recommend shipping with USPS or DHL International. Noisy Project is not responsible for customs on international shipments.
For changes to an order already placed please be aware we work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible – usually the same day if we receive the order before 15 pm GMT. If there is a change in your order or order cancellation, please email your change directly to along with your order number so the change can be made in a timely manner.
We automatically cancel all back orders when products are unavailable on an initial order unless otherwise requested by our customers. Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 15 days from receipt. Fill up the form regarding a replacement or return. All returns require a return authorization number. Refused or Returned orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. The customer will be charged all shipping charges.
All merchandise leaves our distribution warehouse in perfect condition. All damaged goods or shortages must be reported to Noisy Project within 15 days from the receipt of goods. If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. We recommend that you take pictures to help document the damages as well as save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately when you have had the driver note a problem. No discontinued items will receive credit and all credits are for the items that were purchased from Noisy Project.
Please return the articles in the original undamaged packing material. Packing material which is written on or covered with airway bills is not accepted. It is best to put the original packing into a larger cardboard box and fill it with shock absorbing material. This way you are keeping your right to the guarantee and charge of the shipper if the parcel is damaged during shipment.
The average time needed for accurate handling the returns is about one week.
